Painting allows me to work with color and experiment with the endless possibilities of color combinations. This work is about design and pattern as well as color in an attempt to create a fantasy landscape. The road is a design device to lead the eye from the bottom of the painting to the horizon.

This is nice. I like the many roads. Seems so many paintings only have one road... I know this is one road but it is on so my different levels/planes, leading the eye around... cool!
